Dynoma Cream combines two complementary ingredients in one prescription topical: desoximetasone 0.05%, a potent corticosteroid, and niacinamide 4%, a form of vitamin B3. Desoximetasone is commonly prescribed to calm inflammatory skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, and dermatitis, helping relieve redness, itching, and swelling. Niacinamide supports the skin’s natural barrier and adds its own soothing, anti-inflammatory benefits, making the formula a well-rounded option for patients whose skin needs both fast relief and ongoing support.
