Mekam Emulsion delivers hydroquinone 6%, tretinoin 0.025%, and hydrocortisone 0.5%, with kojic acid 4%, in a smooth, lightweight formula prescribed for patients managing hyperpigmentation, dark spots, and uneven tone. Hydroquinone targets discoloration at the source, tretinoin supports cell turnover for improved texture, and hydrocortisone keeps irritation in check during treatment. Kojic acid provides additional brightening support to help enhance overall skin clarity. A provider-prescribed option for patients working toward a clearer, more even complexion.

2. Enter '

3. Enter the SKNV medication name found in column 1.
