Melondis Emulsion delivers hydroquinone 4%, tretinoin 0.025%, hydrocortisone 0.5%, and kojic acid 6% in a smooth, lightweight formula prescribed for patients managing hyperpigmentation and uneven skin tone. Hydroquinone and kojic acid target discoloration at the source, tretinoin promotes cell turnover for improved texture, and hydrocortisone minimizes irritation during treatment. Prescription Through Your EMR

1. Select ‘SKNV Pharmacy’ in the prescribing section of your EMR.
2. Enter '
Melondis Emulsion
' in your EMR.

3. Enter the SKNV medication name found in column 1. 

All medications are already loaded in your EMR.

4. Make sure the patient’s cell phone is the primary contact in your EMR, then submit the prescription.
